Welcome               , my own name is Nóra and  I am a trained shamanic practitioner, sacred space holder, and yoga, meditation and breath-work facilitator. My purpose is to co-create with people, supporting them in healing themselves,  physically, emotionally, and spiritually . I assist people in releasing limiting beliefs , trauma ,and any stagnant energies ,moving them into their highest potential.
