Holistic Energy Healing Session
I offer Shamanic and Sound healing sessions in a safe and nurturing space, rooted in a deep connection to nature. These healing sessions use heart-centred vibrations, meditation, visualisation and more to let go of anything that no longer serves and to illuminate the highest way forward for you. Because we are utilizing the Luminous Energy Field that surrounds all living things, these sessions are just as effective online as they are face to face. These holistic sessions , also help to heal past traumas, ancestral karma and reclaim lost soul parts. Sessions are available as a single session or as a more intensive seven deep-dive offering.
Embodied Session
Experience a holistic embodiment session designed to help you ground and fully connect with your body. I offer both standalone sessions and a more immersive journey of 3 to 7 sessions. Through breath-work, intuitive questioning, and sound healing, we will work together to locate and release stagnant energies, allowing your body to heal and remember its natural state of balance. Let’s embark on this journey together.
