1. How do I know which type of healing is right for me?

You don’t need to have the answer before you reach out. You are not alone.
We’ll begin with a free consultation where you can share what’s been unfolding for you. From there, we’ll gently explore whether breathwork, shamanic healing, sound healing, or a blend of practices would best support your journey.
This is a collaborative process — guided by what feels right for you.
2. How should I prepare for my first treatment?
For a first session you can reflect on what has brought you here, even just a few words or ideas. Bring any questions you may have. There’s no need to prepare perfectly — your first session is simply a space to begin.
For any session, we recommend that you:

5. What is Shamanic Healing?
Shamanic healing is a holistic practice that works with the energetic and spiritual dimensions of your being. It is rooted in the understanding that we are deeply connected to nature, to one another, and to the subtle energy that surrounds all living things.
As a graduate of The Light Body School and The Four Winds Society, I have been trained in energy medicine practices that support deep transformation and restoration. I have also received instruction in traditional healing methods, including sound healing, colour therapy, and energy cleansing.
In a session, we work with intention, guided meditation, and energy awareness to gently clear what no longer serves you and restore balance to your system. This may include releasing stagnant energy, addressing old emotional patterns, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel lost or disconnected.
