A free live online gathering for women. Join Nóra Ní Mhuire — shamanic energy healer and breathwork practitioner — for a 90-minute Solstice journey. We'll use breathwork to move and shift energy, and shamanic meditation to journey inward and integrate. Come as you are. Bring an open heart, no expectations, and a spirit of mutual respect.
